BE HAPPY Meditation

Start seated with your back straight and your feet on the ground. Close your eyes. 

Inhale through your nose and loudly exhale through your mouth 3 times

Breathe in joy. See yourself as strong and positive. Breathe out negativity.

Picture an electric current zipping through your body from your head to your toes full of happy energy. 

Inhale through your nose for 4 counts and exhale through your nose for 8 counts. 

Wiggle your fingers and toes and turn your head from side to side. 

Open your eyes and SMILE.
